"Off Wilshire" Tri-X Film.
Right after my daughter was born, my work as an editorial photographer slowed down. I began developing projects such as "California Ruins" and "The Motel Series" instead of taking assignments. "Off Wilshire, 1980-1981" grew out of my daily walks with my baby in her snuggly strapped to my back, while I did errands in the neighborhood around where we lived in Beverly Hills.
